We would like to thank Jean and Andrew for their help in selling our 3room flat this year. We troubled them alot because halfway through the marketing process, we found out that our next door neighbor was also selling and we thought we could buy them over to make a jumbo. Hence we halted the marketing of our flat, despite having a good offer come in. It was really an uncertain period, but Jean and Andrew stayed professional and helped us through. Eventually we couldn't make a jumbo and had to remarket our flat for sale again, but Jean and Andrew were relentless in their efforts. They eventually got us an offer way above our expectations - $40k+ over our expectations! And they did it with minimal effort on our part, arranging at least 6 groups of potential buyers to come for viewing all in one day, over a short 2hr period! And sold our flat with only 1 viewing! We're really happy with their work and would definitely recommend Jean and Andrew to our friends and family. Thumbs up!

We first met when she came with a tenant for my property. As there were some repairs to be done before I rented the property out, she introduced me to contractors for plumbing, painting, aircon works etc. She even found me some furniture to furnish the property. Thank you very much to Jean! She was patient and persistent and helped us find the right buyer for our home. She helped with all the processes, going out of her way to drive me to the lawyers office as well. She also helped us find a beautiful place to rent. She understood my need for a large kitchen and lots of light. She interceded on our behalf and requested the landlord to refurbish the bathrooms and spruce up the unit. Jean has helped in so many ways... small and big. When we returned from our trip to the US and the lock down was beginning, Jean even offered to buy vegetables and groceries! She sent us a generous supply of masks especially ordered. I've only known Jean for about a year and a half, but I feel like I've known her a lifetime! ERA is lucky to have a fabulous agent. But luckier to have a wonderful human being on their team.

Jean Lim has been very responsive and professional in her dealings with my property. Despite encountering several difficult situations with my tenant, Jean was able to represent me well, while ensuring fairness to both sides. Jean and Darryl were extremely helpful in helping us buy and sell private properties. The ERA team were especially efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They were always ready to address any concerns that we had, particularly more so as our transaction was abit more complicated due to other issues that placed timing restrictions on the new purchase and subsequent sale of our property. We are very grateful for their patience, hard work and willingness to go the extra mile to serve their clients, even after the deal was closed. To whom this may concern, ***notice of appreciation*** 8 months into my 1 year lease contract of my property, Jean had contacted me on an additional requirement request from my tenant. My condition on the additional requirement was a 1 year lease extension and Jean had quickly nailed this successfully. Thus I don't have to worry about vacancy of my property until Nov 2020 which is a big relief for me. Job well done to Jean for conducting a proactive and smooth extension of this contract. Thank you. First, I would like to really extend a big THANK YOU to Jean Lim for the purchase of my property. I contacted Jean and gave her all the details regarding the type of property I am looking for. I was very impressed because Jean was able to shortlist very quickly the property that was within my requirements.
